Maintains full responsibility for assigned business unit, including business strategy, profitability, product management, budgeting, and business unit operations
Responsible for overall profitability ratios for assigned business unit
Creates, executes, and monitors unit's Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Objectives and Key Results (KPI)
Creates sales projections and sets objectives for assigned business unit's products
Coordinates product management with Sales Organization, Research and Development, and Marketing
Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans and programs for assigned business unit products
Drives sales effort for assigned business unit products
Responsible for tracking and increasing company market share
Must have "team" approach and work as a "teammate" with Sales and the other Company Units and departments
Responsible for advancing company customer service reputation with external & internal customer base
Constructs and administers budget for assigned business unit
Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results
Directs subordinate managers and supervisors in resource allocation, personnel decisions, and business priorities
Demonstrates strong skills working with parent company (MFT Group of Companies) and international customers and suppliers
Complies with all company policies such as adherence to Company Affirmative Action Plan and company safety procedures
Incorporates company standards of excellence into daily work to foster a total quality environment and demonstrates personal commitment to excellence
Manages Online Ecommerce and Offline Retail platforms including CRM and ERP functions
Researches and studies strategic business opportunities in line with the company's strategic direction and translates them to projects and campaigns.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises subordinate managers and other employees
Carries out supervisory responsibilities according to organization's policies and applicable laws
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any business-related course.
Experience in the E-commerce retail platform and in the medical industry is an advantage.
5 years P&L experience (with track record of revenue responsibility)
Direct experience in Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Contracts
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community
Ability to write & deliver speeches and articles for publications while conforming to prescribed style and format
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
