It is a full-time sales management position which empowers a growing team of successful sales
Key Responsibilities:
Reinforces daily activity management of Financial Advisors.
Recruit, lead, and manage groups of Financial Advisors and to empower and lead them to achieve day to day and month to month targets.
Ensures that the team has activities that will drive the sales and achieve quota.
Regularly monitors team KPI and performance.
Undergo and complete training programs
