Job Description:
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
· Preparing for testing cycles
· Completion of test preparation documents
· Development of test scripts
· Conditioning test accounts
· Independent test execution to verify adherence to business requirements and usability
· Assist in the identification and resolution of problems encountered in testing
· Log and track defects found during testing
· Coordinate business testers to efficiently execute test scripts
· Participate in internal process improvement projects
· Meet aggressive deadlines
Qualifications:
· Application Lifecycle Management experience
· Should be familiar with Fraud, Disputes, and/or Claims systems (emphasis on FWI/R, First Assist, IDMS, PEGA, etc)
· Aptitude to learn new applications and processes
· Knowledge of application process flow
· Testing experience recommended
· Knowledge of Agile testing methodology
· Experience with JIRA
· Strong analytical skills
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Strong problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly motivated/inquisitive
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
