We are a growing company with a strong and established business engaged in the back office, non-voice support for offshore business accounts and we need Business Transcription Specialists for our operations in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

As Business Transcription Specialists, your job is to:
Transcribe audio files into an online web interface with high level of quality and attention to detail;
Research, analyze, and update data management lists with a keen eye for safeguarding the integrity of the data;
Communicate with clients via e-mail and telephone when the need arises;
Be goal-driven-adhere to company quality and efficiency standards;
Be a positive advocate for the causes of the company; and
Be In The Game -with a mindset to do whatever it takes to get the job done!

The Really Good People for this job have to have:
Excellent English comprehension and communication skills-a good command of English, both verbal and written;
Strong research skills-the ability to use available reference tools and exhaust all resources to ensure the accuracy of the transcript;
Analytical skills-the ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize, or solve both complex and simple problems by making decisions that are logical given the information available;
Typing skills at a minimum speed of 30 AWPM (Adjusted Words per Minute);
At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
Transcription experience, a big plus but not required; and
The willingness to work at the closing hours of the US business time, or mostly at about 4 am, Tuesday to Saturday with fixed days off and certain US holidays off.
