Scope and Responsibilities of a Business Trainer:
Accountable for training outcome and performance results as required by the business
Evaluates courses and conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to continuously improve the learning and delivery process
Represents the L&D team in all training-related meetings and discussions as needed
Manages and maintains all reports, files and documentation associated with training delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
4+ years relevant (training) experience in related field, required
** Internal candidates are required to have at least 2 years of tenure with Cardinal Health.

Has personal courage and is resilient
Willing to roll up their sleeves

Technical Competencies:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Effectively manages a learning environment by applying the Principles of Adult Learning, and various learning methodologies
Displays knowledge and proficiency in the training curriculum and subject matter
Has an ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching, and encourages learner motivation to ensure optimum transfer of skill sets and knowledge
