Role Purpose The Business Technologies Manager will hold a deep understanding of designated business technologies being used within Work Dynamics Operations and the Accounts organisation. S/he will be providing platform solutions, lead or support implementations and optimisation projects whilst maintaining focus on the broader business objectives to drive automation and digitization opportunities. S/he will partner with JLL Technologies in testing development deliverables and build strong relationship with the Account Operations Leads to promote developments and optimisation opportunities that improve our business. What this job involves: Key responsibilities include: The list of technologies included under the Business Technologies Manager role may evolve over time but will initially focus around the global Corrigo work order management platform and the CMO Incident Management tool. Responsibilities shall include but may not be limited to: Maintain highest level of technical competence and understanding in the range of technologies administered by the team to achieve a reputation as the systems expert within Work Dynamics. Works collaboratively with colleagues across Asia Pacific to share and grow the team's systems knowledge. Develops and maintains a good knowledge of product specifications, approved business processes, data standards and guidelines to underpin the use of technology across Work Dynamics. Review and manage complex solution requirements that arise through the Accounts or Sales communities specifically focussing on the Southeast Asia region. Leverages data & analytics provided within the Operations Enablement team, identify optimisation opportunities and work with the Southeast Asia leadership to develop continuous improvement strategies. Manage the implementation of Business Technologies supported platforms / tools including Corrigo Work Order Management and CMO Incident Tool ensuring that all deployments are in accordance with business best practices. Manage optimisation projects in accordance with client and account requirements including the oversight on training and communications to ensure the successfully delivery of the project. The Candidate Experience Experienced professional with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or capacity and preferably with qualified certification. Strong project management and problem-solving skills with an ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve organization and client goals. Prior experience in a change focussed role using the ability to influence, motivate and coach diverse teams to enable workforce adaptation and bring change. Experience collaborating and working with other functions and businesses to achieve results. Ability to communicate, effectively interface and influence multiple levels of executives and a broad range of internal and external customers, including the ability to explain digital concepts, technologies to business leaders at all levels, as well as business concepts to technologists. Knowledge and understanding of technology platforms with interdependencies to multiple service lines and multiple stakeholders. Experience in P2P or CMMS platforms is an advantage. Strong penchant towards building repeatable processes and programs that exceed both internal and external customer expectations Skills Management Skills: A manager with strong communications skills coupled with active listening skills.
