What this opportunity involves:
The WD Business Technology Operations Leader for APAC will hold a deep understanding of a range of business technologies being used within WD Operations and Accounts organisation (technologies that cross multiple products and business workstreams). You will take the lead as business owner for the region to support the use of the technologies across the WD business and to make recommendations and/or to implement change that either rationalizes our investment in competing technologies, achieves long term scalability, improves our operating compliance and reduces operational costs.
The role will oversee a range of functions associated with the business technologies, including sales advice & support, technology deployment, account solutions, business data & configuration administration, technology training & compliance; through a combination of internal resources and/or by further developing the relationship with our shared service centre partners.
A snapshot of the role;
Develop & deliver on Regional WD Operations strategies
Account Management engagement at AD / GAE levels
WD Ops / SCMP / Finance collaboration to digitize and enable priority projects
Team management & support across Solutions, Deployment & Delivery workstreams
JLL/T & JBS engagement to maintain service & delivery partnerships
Strategic project management and solutioning (as allocated)
Manages L3 requests from accounts ensuring solutions are advised, developed or implemented.
Close engagement with [Quarterly] technology roadmap to develop operational solutions for new features and integrations
Develops process SoR for custom integrations
Develop & manage Super User communities ensuring appropriate levels of knowledge is embedded.
Team management & support across shared CPA, Knowledge & Training workstreams

You will be a strong business partner with JLL technologies, as the applications owner, overseeing platform support deliverables and seeking to continuously enable automation and digitization opportunities. You will develop strong relationships across all WD Operations functions to monitor, manage and influence the implementation of world class processes driven by the digitization and automation of our service delivery.
As a leader, you will be the regional budget supervisor for agreed platforms and initiatives and make recommendations on the investments partnering in each of the product delivery areas and through a continuous feedback program across the regional sales, accounts & operations functions.
