We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst/Tester to join the Business Simplification Group. The candidate will be responsible for performing manual testing, analyzing requirements related to management of Data Quality Issues and Corporate/Business Critical Data Elements, documenting test cases and processes, ensure QA polices and standards are met, coordinate testing with the respective teams, and document and convey all test findings in a clear and concise manner for the development teams.
The successful candidate will work across the organization to ensure that all test cases are executed on time per the plan and provide regular feedback on the status of quality, partner with stakeholders to identify risks and issues, partner with technology to ensure design and build requirements are tested effectively and provide status reporting and senior management presentations ensuring clear and concise communications.
The successful candidate should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, and have good interpersonal, communication, and excellent follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.

Work with IT and business stakeholders to define the system requirements and write corresponding user stories and acceptance criteria
Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure a shared understanding of business requirements
Obtain clarifications from product owners and stakeholders as needed
Write test plans and test cases for all user stories in JIRA
Identify risks and outline clear mitigation strategies
Implement lessons learned/best practices and look to improve quality of the releases
Take on ad-hoc projects/requests as needed
Perform functional and regression testing within sprints
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in QA test planning and execution
Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Knowledge of Collibra is a substantial plus
Experience in Agile, Iterative and Waterfall Methodologies
Strong competency in requirements analysis, prioritize tasks, identify risks
Understanding of IT principles and the software development lifecycle
Excellent skills in written communication, presentation, influencing others, negotiations, and working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive approach to raising issues and risks
Industry certification in QA is a plus.
