Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, including identifying new business opportunities
Monitor competition and client behavior, adjusting strategies to maintain or exceed market position
Foster strong client relationships and generate new business to boost deposit volume
Prepare and deliver sales reports to track performance
Collaborate with other bank units to address client concerns and improve service
Regularly review sales performance with the Area Sales Director, implementing process enhancements as needed
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
Strong track record in sales and marketing of deposit products within the banking industry
Ability to adapt across diverse markets and customer segments, with a strong hunter mindset and extensive experience in client acquisition, portfolio development, and building a sustainable, growth-focused client base
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and effective communication
Ability to adapt to different markets and customer segments, and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
