Job Description
Hi! Bapple is a UX Design focussed Agency in Surry Hills / Central Station area (currently working from home). We are passionate about great design, good business, the power of UX and most importantly the success of our clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & organised Junior Level Business Analyst with a proven minimum 1-year professional / sales experience in a digital or web agency environment (No fresh graduates please unless you have worked in Sales).
The role is full-time (5 days per week). We will communicate over slack, phone and Zoom.
The role is predominantly sales and business analysis (digital/web) focussed with some marketing tasks & knowledge requirements.
What you will be doing
You will be working alongside the best in the business and assisting our senior team members with new client onboarding, receiving new enquiries/warm leads, managing our CRM, business goal requirement gathering, scoping, writing and winning proposals.
Most of our work is UX and Web based, from web applications, apps and websites with heavy research involvement. You will be gathering requirements from clients to create outstanding proposals to
We are looking for:
A supremely organised, enthusiastic, articulate person with a great phone manner and soft skills.
You can empathise with clients and assess their needs in a friendly, strategic and business focussed way.
A natural presenter with excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
Hands on experience in creating quotes, timelines, writing proposals, advertising and writing engaging posts.
A punctual, well organised multi-tasker with experience managing people, CRM and multiple projects.
Relevant degree in digital marketing, management, sales, PR or business analysis.
Experience with establishing client relationships and taking ownership of their work.

Knowledge of WordPress, Social Media, Advertising or other web platforms
