General Responsibilities
Facilitating Risk and Control Assessments (RCAs) which identify the key risks, their impact and the relevant controls
Monitoring key controls on a cyclical basis and reporting the findings via written reports
Provides support in ensuring that the Risk Management Framework not only meets regulatory standards but also effectively mitigates key risks faced by the company
Understand key processes, risks and controls that accurately assess implications for the company; Collaborates with the business to identify risks, key risk indicators/metrics and controls in their 1st Line of Defense areas of responsibility and once identified, ensure proactive ownership and management of residual risks against risk appetite
Ensure oversight and monitoring of design and effectiveness of Internal Controls
Schedule, design and execute awareness, training and workshops as required
Collaborate with internal audit and external audit assurance providers
Ensures the effectiveness of controls through testing
All other Tasks that may be asked by Management from time to time
Qualifications
Experience in an Operational or Internal Control Function (2-3yrs)
Excellent people and negotiation skills
Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

By providing an exchange platform for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, PDAX aims to make financial products and services cheaper and more accessible to the ordinary Filipino.
