Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead junior employees to develop, test, and produce risk reports and processes to support Home Lending Risk Strategic Analytics
Extraction of data, transformation, analysis and delivery of risk reports using Toad for Oracle, TERADATA, SAS, Tableau, and MS Office tools.
Utilize the data to create visual graphs. Maintain and launch reports on a recurring basis, examining logic for alignment between multiple, dynamic data sources and business report requirements
Be able to automate the manual steps of report production using appropriate tools
Ensure the reported data accuracy and integrity
Monitor trends within the reports and perform analytics with knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting policy and guidelines, pricing or operational changes.
Be able to identify the underlying trend drivers and work closely with the team members to provide meaningful commentary to risk stakeholders

Qualifications:
1-2 years of leading people, resources and projects
3-5 years experiences of data and reporting analytics, preferably in banking or financial service industry
At least 3 years experiences with data and programming tools such as SAS, Teradata, Oracle, and MySQL
Experiences with reporting tools in Tableau and MS PowerPoint (highly preferred)
MS Excel skills is a must
Knowledge in Home Lending LOB/functions (preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal in a clear/concise manner)
