The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for effectively sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of team members in the company.
About the Role
This role will be responsible responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, across Talent Acquisition Philippines as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.
Responsibilities:
Design support to consulting projects, programs and consulting assignments of a varied scale, size and complexity aligned to core consulting areas within Talent Acquisition
Act as a consultant to clients, providing clear process and technology consulting, project oversight, delivery and management
Provide expertise in designing and implementing best practice Talent Acquisition processes, deploying technologies in to enterprise, lead process and technology workstreams, and support project teams in managing and monitoring governance and documentation
Lead on the creation of process designs or continuous improvement activities to ensure the design includes all components of the models, leverages technology and delivers on the desired user experience and other defined business strategies.
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Essential Qualifications
Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from any program and from any reputable university
8 years of total work experience in Talent Acquisition or HR with at least 6 years experience in process improvement and design, project management for initiatives specific to Talent Acquisition and HR
Ability to work effectively and independently with comfort with ambiguity and an orientation towards change
Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Agile, quick thinker and can provide effective solutions on shifting requirements and challenges.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Candidates must be willing to work midshift, in weekends and holidays/off should the business requires
Shift: 1:00PM to 10:00PM Philippine time
Work location: Upper McKinley, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
