Responsibilities
Work closely with the Country General Manager supporting across various business units and functions (sales/marketing/operations etc)
Independently manage projects end-to-end including scoping, problem/issue structuring, analysis and managing cross functional stakeholders
Define, monitor and evaluate key business metrics, conducting analysis which lead to actionable insights for continuous improvement
Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders and provide domain/project expertise knowledge when needed
Requirements
1-3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply
Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in Tagalog and English
Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Excel is a must, SQL/Python preferred
Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
