Business Operations Analyst, Americas
As a part of Global CSM Business Operations team, this role will work in partnership with senior executives across the regional CSLT teams and will provide operational support for the delivery of KPIs and critical initiatives.
You will be supporting the Americas region so ability to work U.S hours is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead business performance measurement efforts
Support the Director- Business Operations in specified region in timely publication of regional and market-level key performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive scalability of all reporting efforts through process development, template standardization, and automated data extraction
Help drive commissions execution off the back of KPI collation
2. Help handle tools to provide data driven analysis
Maintain key business process tools including Salesforce from a CSM perspective.
Help drive data analysis utilizing Tableau dashboards and support frontline teams with usage and troubleshooting.
3. Support Director- Business Operations in day-to-day and adhoc requests
Collaborate closely across various teams in the region to collect appropriate data and insight for adhoc requests throughout the year
Engage with CSM teams to seek short-term, tactical issues and roadblocks
Support the Director in developing collateral that give to Global / Regional Business Reviews
Skills and Competencies:
Highly motivated and proactive, strong initiative and inventive
Knowledge of Salesforce, and Excel proficiency a must. Solid understanding of Tableau, a good-to-have
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to structure and self-manage own work for multiple projects, constantly re-assessing priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues
