A Business Intelligence Officer will be responsible for:
Analyzing the data and performance of campaigns and translate these into clear and actionable findings & recommendations that would help the business unit and to provide more value to members
Analyzing the member data to spot trends and patterns, and weave these into industry/category reports
Ideating relevant campaigns and experiments with the business unit to help optimize their campaigns and provide better insights into shopper behavior
Creating dashboards and customized reports that would answer specific business questions
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Advertising or other related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing & data analytics, digitl strategy, performance marketing, and consumer insighting
Background in FMCG accounts is preferred
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity in data storytelling and narratives
Flexible and adaptable to changing and improving processes given start-up environment
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Collaborative and able to work with different teams to attain objectives and meet deadlines
