GENERAL SUMMARY
The role provides support to the Regional Account Team with their data and reporting related needs for one of JLL's strategic clients. They will provide data analytics, report automation, business analysis and user experience projects to meet client and business needs whilst ensuring timeliness, accuracy and data quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Engineering and Business Intelligence Product Development
Build planned and ad-hoc reports & dashboards using various reporting platforms, including SharePoint, SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI etc whilst working closely & proactively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Develop expertise on the data model for JLL's Facility Management, Project Management, Lease Administration, and Transaction Management Platforms as well as other client-held datasets as required from time to time
Checks accuracy and relevance of input and output data by visual examination, correcting codes and batching for computer processing
Verifies report output against control totals, reviews format and accuracy of reports, and distributes information to appropriate stakeholders
Troubleshoot reporting and data issues
Document Report Specifications
Maintain a Report Catalogue of all client-specific reports available to the client and service provider partners and provide end user BI platform training as required.
Client Relationship Management
Build knowledge of the organization, processes, datasets, and customers, of both JLL and client
Coordinate with JLL and client business users to develop innovative solutions to enhance process automation, data accuracy and ease of access
Identify patterns and trends within data to advise on actionable improvements
Manage and prioritise data requests from client and service provider partners
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At a minimum, the candidate should:
Have working knowledge of Microsoft SSRS Reporting Platform, with the ability to build and deploy reports and SSIS packages
Have working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and build stored procedures
Have working knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards

The role reports into the Regional Technology Director. The position is also expected to liaise with the account's operational, functional and technology team members & client stakeholders and to leverage existing work for other regions and to ensure there is no overlap or duplication of efforts.
