Job Category: Management Data AnalysisJob Description:Role PurposeResponsible for the implementation, maintenance and administration of automated reporting solutions and execution of reporting needs, data gathering, trend analysis and communications. Develops procedures and resolves issues in the use of current and proposed reporting tools, and works with special project teams to align reporting needs with business needs.Your day to day
Execution of design, development and testing of complex data warehouse extracts and reporting to meet the data and reporting needs in accordance with specified business and technical requirements.
Review data for accuracy and trending.
Troubleshoot any errors in reporting, extracting and warehousing of data.
Design and publish standard reports and dashboards that can be self-service for both regional and global departmental user groups.
May provide ad hoc analytics support to all internal clients, as what was defined on business requirements.
Maintain relationships with business support management and develop a strong working knowledge of the business functional areas objectives, in order to ensure accurate translation of stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and reporting.
Compile data and create accurate charts, tables and graphs within established time frames to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
What we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, and other related field of studies (Information Technology, Operations Research) or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Minimum university degree and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
0-3 years progressive work-related experience working with relational decision-support databases and analytical consulting with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position.
Demonstrated computing, statistical and database reporting skills
Having programming experience with statistical, cloud environment and database software is a plus.
The tools may not be limited to SQL Server, Adobe Analytics, SAS, Business Objects, Tableau, Salesforce, Python, Google Cloud Platform, and R.
Demonstrates analytical, problem solving and collaborative skills.
Demonstrates clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting both technical verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user.
Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Basic scripting techniques, Microsoft Access and Excel functionality to include the use of macros to streamline report-publishing process.
Experience on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Requires broad knowledge of theory and principles within a specific professional discipline.
Applies subject matter knowledge under close supervision.
