About the Role
As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for creating credible insight through appropriate Business Intelligence tools. You will be working closely with the Business Intelligence Director, Accountants, and the internal database developer to enhance Hazlewoods reporting.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst that has a passion for data and a highly analytical mind. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively explain the strategies you want to implement.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Work closely with the financial accountant to drive out requirements for reports and dashboards which will support Hazlewoods' reporting.
Work in an agile manner liaising across several teams to understand reporting challenges and translate these into Business Intelligence solutions.
Deliver Business Intelligence and reporting projects with support from Business Intelligence Manager and Director with an ambition to take ownership of ETL and Business Intelligence analysis methods.
Train varying levels of users in Tableau and constantly champion Business Intelligence within the organisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Understanding or experience in Data Warehouse structure and development.
Proficiency in using PowerBI.
Experience in SQL suite is an advantage
Experience in Business Intelligence analytic tools, preferably Tableau.
Stakeholder management, communication, and confidence in delivery.
