Business Intelligence Senior Analyst
Responsibilities:
Download data from specific ERPs/tools, maintain and analyse reports and dashboards following standard Procedures
Create weekly and monthly reports for senior management
Maintain Procurement dashboards and databases
Maintain data quality of reports and KPIs
Troubleshoot and reconcile errors related to data quality
Resolve customer queries and escalations related to reports or projects in scope
Support process improvement through identifying and implementing improvement ideas that drive efficiency and increase quality of deliverables and processes
Requirements:
Graduate of Engineering or Financial related courses is preferred
At least 3-4 years of solid experience in KPI Reporting and Performance Management (KPIs in Performance management, Finance, Procurement or Sales)
Advanced Excel is a must
Knowledge in excel Macro is an advantage
SAP or equivalent ERP knowledge is preferred
Process improvement or continuous improvement experience is preferred
Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Access and Qliksense is an advantage
Relevant experience in Shared Services would be ideal
Must be willing to work in afternoon shift (1:00 - 10:00)
Must be willing to work in Cebu City
