What will you do?
Strategic planning: Contribute to strategic planning and target setting activities
o Support guidelines definition and templates preparation
o Support elaboration and simulation
o Support review and validation
Forecast: Contribute to forecast elaboration
o Support guidelines definition and templates preparation
o Support elaboration and simulation for country/cluster financials
o Support review and validation
Reporting & Analysis: Drive monthly performance analysis and recommendations
o Assess monthly MOI/Incorporation
o Analyze monthly performance, leveraging standard reporting and analysis produced by global Business Finance organization
o Identify and propose action plans
o Support business review preparation
Period end closing: Support period-end closing
o Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly closing
o Review and validate monthly and quarterly closing activities performed by FP&A CoE
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards Business Finance Competency Center
o Responsible of in-entity Business Finance communication towards global Business Finance organization
o Responsible for in-entity Business Finance/FP&A's requests and follow-up towards FP&A CoE
Contribute to Global standards alignment and continuous improvement
o Ensure Global standards application within in-entity scope of activities
o Perform regular assessment of existing processes with FP&A in-entity Head
o Identify and Initiate change request on behalf of FP&A in-entity Head and in coordination with FP&A CoE
o Support Global digital transformation initiatives
o Support Data compliance
