JOB PURPOSE
Assists in the planning and execution of project(s) having an internal focus from initiation through delivery. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project while adhering to budget, scope and schedule requirements. Serves as an in-house project consultant for evaluating needs and vendor requests for proposals. May build tools/products for company internal use. Plans and directs implementation efforts.
Be the catalyst - trigger, enabler to empower people to improve own processes and create time for value adding activities
Make "process" invisible to customers (internal & external) - Seamless customer experience & journey in that they don't even realize there's a process in place
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Lead in the development of sub-distributors to strengthen market access
Lead in the creation of sub-distributor operating procedures and KPI's
Identify, analyze and drive continuous process improvements based on prioritization and relevance to business needs
Lead process harmonization, simplification and standardization by leveraging the process excellence network as well as automation, digitization and digitalization of processes
Embed the culture and capabilities of continuous improvement and perspectives of E2E value stream in affiliate
Establish, validate and manage the E2E process landscape from the point of view of delivering customer value
Support Finance BP and business areas to identify process improvements at customers to be able to support and advise/provide services
Share knowledge relevant to process with other functions and affiliates to leverage on existing solutions
Build strong relationships with IT experts; be the link between business and IT for those process improvement and automation efforts
Embed process optimization into the affiliate's strategic priorities to ensure development of improvement road-maps
Evolve, develop and automatize our affiliate Analytical & reporting platform & other tools to provide insights and information efficiently
Act as a business partner to the commercial team managing Roche sub-distributors
Provide decision support to the Finance and SC head
Setting up and monitoring financial risk management metrics & financial compliance processes
Help business to boost performance using data science methods and principles to generate deeper insights from a great variety of internal and external data sources
Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities and comply with the Roche Code of Conduct and all Healthcare Compliance policies and regulations in all interactions and situations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
University degree in Business or any equivalent course
Experience
Experience in Distributor Development, Route to Market planning and development. Process improvement and project management. Training and development
Functional Skills
Proficient in English verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer literacy and high proficiency in MS Excel program, Accounting software
Sound analytical skills and synthesis capabilities;
Understanding of cost and internal controls
Proficiency in project management
