Overview:
Responsible for developing a referral network to help increase the client base, developing new sales leads of hospitals across the states, and working with existing clients on organic growth. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in the healthcare industry.
Business Development Management
Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
Establish client needs, developing quotes and presentations/proposals for clients
Focus on selling United RN's healthcare services that are profitable for the company, keeping with the company's standard of quality and meeting the industry specifications
Responsible for identifying targets, reviewing estimates, and transitioning new sales
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
