We are committed to providing seamless and efficient solutions to our clients and fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment for our team.Position OverviewRecruitGo is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead our outbound lead generation efforts.In this role, you will independently develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our EOR services. You'll be responsible for building a strong pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, social platforms, and market research. Beyond generating leads, you will set appointments, manage prospect relationships, and collaborate closely with the Sales Team to convert opportunities into business growth.This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, has a proven background in outbound sales or lead generation, and is eager to contribute to a fast-growing global company.Responsibilities:Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new B2B leads.Reach potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls, and social media.Conduct market research to identify industries and clients that could benefit from our EOR services.Initiate contact and build relationships with prospects through personalized outreach.Qualify leads, understand client needs, and set appointments for the Sales Team.Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in the CRM system.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead generation processes.Provide regular reports on outreach performance, results, and recommendations.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role.Proven success in end-to-end lead generation and appointment setting.Highly motivated, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Goal-driven and committed to meeting or exceeding KPIs.Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) services is an advantage.Why RecruitGo?RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
