WiredLans is a specialist Salesforce consultancy helping businesses modernize sales, service, and operations using the world's #1 CRM platform.We're looking for a tenacious and experienced Outbound Call Specialist to join us as our first dedicated outbound hire.This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the outbound sales function at WiredLans. You'll be working closely with the Sales Director to build the outreach strategy, improve messaging, and book qualified meetings across a
range of target industries.We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in high-velocity, high-objection outbound environments.Ideal backgrounds include timeshare accommodation, financial services (such as loans or finance), real estate project sales, solar or home improvements, insurance sales, recruitment, or B2B telco sales. Lead Generation and List Building
Build and maintain accurate, targeted lead lists using Zoom Info.
Research verticals suited to our consulting services (e.g., construction, financial services, manufacturing).
Keep Salesforce CRM updated with contact data and activity history.
Outbound Engagement
Make cold calls, send cold emails, and use LinkedIn to engage prospects.
Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
Book qualified meetings for the sales team with decision-makers.
Reporting and Feedback
Track outreach metrics and appointment outcomes in Salesforce.
Provide regular reports and suggest tweaks to improve lead quality and conversion.
Help refine outbound messaging based on call outcomes and trends.
Collaboration and Sales Enablement
Work closely with the Sales Director to build scripts, email cadences, and call guides.
Share feedback to inform future campaigns and market positioning.
Key Skills and ExperienceRequired:
Demonstrated success in cold outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation roles.
Excellent communication, objection handling, and persuasion skills.
Comfortable using tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Nice to Have:
Background in high-intensity industries like timeshare, finance, insurance, solar, real estate, or recruitment.
Experience with Salesforce-either as a user or selling CRM software/services.

Feedback from the Sales Director and prospects on call professionalism and clarity.
Contribution to outbound strategy development and execution.
