Location:
 1701 Chinabank Corporate Center, Samar Loop, Hipodromo, Cebu City
 
Pay:
$5/hr + 10% recurring commissions
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm EST with 1hr unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks 
 
Qualifications:
MUST Speak great English without accent (American Sounding)
MUST have great energy on the phone
Able to report on-site when needed
Quick thinker, able to rebuttal 
Persuasive with the ability to negotiate with leads
Excellent written English
 
Responsibilities:
Convincing US companies to outsource to the Philippines
Source and generate leads through online platforms 
Reply to interested leads generated by the lead gen team Cold Calling
Manage pipeline
Manage accounts
Must reach a quota of:
- Average 20 new leads per day
- 3 new clients successfully launched per month
