ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify new business opportunities - including new markets
Lead generation and setting up client calls will be the focus of the BDM
Meet with clients face to face or over the phone
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet their needs
Offer services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Work closely with both the management and the Head of Sales for all promotional aspects of the product
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by joining development training
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Priority and preference to Corporate Sales, or Account Management and Business Development
Accurate lead segmentation and prospecting is highly required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding presentation skills
Fast learner and with strategic negotiation skills
Being well connected within different industries is a plus
Preferably extrovert or ambivert
Strategic and creative thinker
Team player
Flexible and Confident
