JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an additional member of our Business Development Team to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Job Responsibilities
Compile sales leads and maintains a consistently healthy pipeline.
Cold calls and/or emails to potential clients.
Schedule and conduct a targeted number of face-to-face meetings with prospective clients each week.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Gather requirements and draft business proposals.
Develop strategic sales plans and present them to the management.
Analyze Business Processes review spending habits, marketing, and branding efforts, as well as factors that can have an influence on the performance and business process of the company.
Design and execute key marketing/lead generation programs which include content creation, management of marketing collateral and company digital platforms, market research, SEO for the company website, and sales tools/template development.
Submit accurate and timely pipeline reports.
Adequately cover client executives to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by championing their interests at MaroonStudios and its principals.
Presentation of introductory and solution/proposal decks to clients.
Proper and timely documentation of all client/principal meetings.
Perform such other tasks and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by management, in relation to the position, for the company, and/or for the assigned project.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
