Business Development ManagerTransnational Diversified Group

The position is primarily responsible for spearheading investments in solar energy projects, particularly:
Identifying potential customers and conducting marketing and sales activities
Conducting financial and technical feasibility studies, and risk assessment studies, on potential projects
Undertaking customer credit evaluation
Evaluating vendor (EPC) proposals
Drafting and negotiation of vendor and offtake agreements
Selecting the appropriate financing structure, negotiating with banks/financing companies, and preparing the relevant documentation
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or Finance.
Preferred: MBA
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least ten (10) years of related work experience in business development, corporate finance or private equity. Proven experience in developing and implementing projects or new businesses.
Preferred: Experience in power industry / solar energy
