Job Description
Our client is an international general construction and property services company and they are currently seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, Business Development the role is to undertake business development in the Philippines by marketing their services for advisory work, data centers, logistics centers and other commercial engineering and construction services.
Major responsibilities:
Responsible for business development in the Philippines
Market construction and civil engineering services offerings to current and potential clients
Co-ordination of internal and external resources to service construction related works in the region.
Responding to requests for proposals
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree
At least 10 years' experience in business development in the construction industry with a focus on industrial, mid-rise to high-rise building projects.
