Execute strategic plans of the department to achieve goals.
Identifies and researches new business development opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Presents company's products/services as to how it solves client's needs.
Executes sales and marketing projects, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term goals.
Answers client inquiries regarding capabilities and pricing.
Organizes business meetings with prospective clients.
Meets the annual target set by the Management.
Refers sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaise with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Good communication skills, customer service-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
Can identify and qualify new potential clients, through cold calling and development of leads through referral channels, and generates appointments, and establishes relationships
At least 2 years experience in Sales
Significant experience in selling HR Services is a distinct advantage
With a strong sales and marketing persona
