Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Operations Head and the Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
Determine risks and potentials
Draft and submit cost estimates and presentation decks
Schedule a meeting with prospective and existing clients and come up with a mutual agreement or exclusive agency contract
Prepare and discuss weekly reports on the status of the assigned tasks
Create or improve the marketing plan employed by the company by studying the current situation of the market and suggests negotiating strategies for the acquired property listings
Work collaboratively with the Team in improving sales process by suggesting new sales strategies and determining the areas in the sales process that need improvement if the needs arise
Render intense follow up on prospective and interested clients that may avail our services through emails, phone calls, meetings and other means necessary
Resolve hard negotiation issues and other issues that might arise between clients, suppliers and benefactors
Must possess at least College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or any equivalent course;
Must have at least 4 years of working experience in Event Acquisition Sales and Management and related field.

Ability to create and implement creative strategies
Solid written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal/PR and analytical skills
