ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Business Development Manager based in the Philippines, you will reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and social channels. You will be responsible for qualifying sales leads, leading product demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle through to close.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
Developing, implementing, and executing inbound/outbound sales and business development strategies.
Building a sales pipeline in accordance with individual and team targets.
Participating in the development of the sales pitch and presentation.
Develop partnerships with marketing agencies for Kaddra's channel partners program.
Being creative in your outreach to prospects, growing existing and new markets.
Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs.
Coordinating and collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to share knowledge and meet strategic company goals.
Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH
A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
Prior experience in outbound sales, and a hunter mentality, with a hands-on approach.
Goal-oriented and agile mindset.
Experience in a rapid scale-up stage company.
Highly goal-oriented, agile, and passionate about the problems you solve.
Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English.
Exposure to working with digital tools such as a CRM (we use Hubspot), Google Workspace, and Slack.
This is a remote position based in Philippines
