Job Description
Implement & monitor sales activities according to the assigned accounts and market coverage.
Develop and enhance business relations with the customer.
Develop new accounts and service existing customers, developers, architects, dealers, interior designers, contractors, quantity surveyors.
Prepare presentation materials such as sample charts, catalog, company profile, project references, faqs, and technical specifications.
Analyze and finalize the delivery schedule after confirmation of purchase order, handle and attend to customer's feedback.
Meet individual sales targets.
Monitor sales aging and collection.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, any field.
At least 2 years of experience specializing in building and construction materials. Working as a sales rep/project sales for tile supplier (tile industry) is an advantage.
Preferably with experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
Proactive, results-driven, and good business acumen.
Required language(s): English, Filipino.
Willing to work in Makati City.
