Serve as primary point of contact for holistic account relationship.
Spontaneous to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams as part of a persistent commitment to provide top-notch support to potential clients.
Manage and expand relationships with top restaurant key partners and identify growth opportunities to collaborate for further business developments.
Work closely with the Vendor onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts signed.
Work hours is from 9 am - 6 pm.
Proven experience in Phone Sales and/or Business Development. At least 1 - 2 years' experience.
Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
Strong knowledge on logistics platform or E-Commerce technologies, and other intersecting or related industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills partnered with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player and a capable individual contributor.
Has laptop and a stable internet connection.
