Ensure all assigned accounts are properly assisted and coordinated throughout their enrollment process and scheduling of payments
Schedule and conduct sales calls for all assigned accounts
Ensure all information of assigned accounts in Zoho is complete, up-to-date, and accurate
Contact and convert all assigned accounts within the prescribed response time
Analyze current and past departmental data and provide prompt analysis/strategies to meet revenue targets
Coordinate campaign schedules, LMS, rooms, and equipment required for all Specialists, tutorials/workshops, and corporate training
Assist with the hiring, assignment, scheduling, and evaluation of the Specialist Instructors
Assist with the designing and sourcing of collaterals
Engage new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals/product development
Collaborate in the establishment and implementation of BDD programs with all the team members
Fulfill other appropriate requests from the immediate Supervisor.
Must have 3 years of experience working in a business development role
Has working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Learning Management Systems
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail and able to analyze data
Proficient in Google Workspace
