About the role
The Business Development Associate is responsible for ensuring business continuity by conducting research for possible business opportunities and viable income streams for the Company. S/he is also responsible for developing business growth strategies and plans that focus on the financial gain of the Company and to enlisting many companies to help their staff with their mental health concerns.
What You'll Do...
Develops and maintains growth strategies focused both on financial and customer satisfaction of the company to ensure business sustainability;
Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs which will be the basis for the growth strategies;
Prepares and presents powerful, persuasive presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the Company;
Promotes the company's services addressing or predicting the client's objectives;
Analyses sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data to ensure business development's goals and objectives are consistently achieved;
Collaborates with Sales and other department in identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients; and
Cultivates positive interactions and relationships with the management team to evaluate sales strategy and results.

What you'll need:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree course, preferably Business Administration or relevant field
With an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, and with experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
With strong analytical abilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Goal-oriented and organised team player
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
