Build partnerships with properties for listing on the platform
Build partnerships with brands and other organizations
Manage and maintain relationships for assigned properties, brands, and other organizations
Assist in business analysis, strategies and programs for upward growth of the brand
Work closely with sales, marketing and technology teams to develop and implement business strategies that increase brand awareness and sales
Collaborate with customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Assist in collation and analysis of data for continued development
Must be fluent primarily in Filipino, conversational Taglish, and business-level proficiency in English
Perspective is oriented towards problem-solving and execution of solutions
Preferably with experience in real estate, specifically with dorms & renting market (i.e. former dormer, has experienced renting)
Charismatic, easily puts people at ease when talking to them (Good interpersonal skills)
Preferably 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing position / preferably with sales experience - no back office experience applicable for the position
Must have own laptop
Having own car to use to go to work is a plus
