- Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential users
- Submits activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses
- Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and user feedback
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; coordinating with Customer Service and Operations; making recommendations to Business Manager
- Develops and maintains relationships with corporate accounts; coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to handle corporate accounts;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales results as targeted.
- Acquires and promote users to drive order volume as targeted; - Identify, build and enforce standard operating procedures and policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
- Become the face of company when engaging local partners to promote our services and values
- Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets
- Drive new business prospecting throughout the Philippines
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships for both Driver operations and Marketing team
- Support both Driver Operation Team and Marketing team by creating new opportunities for acquisition through partnerships
- Provide and develop programs for driver benefits and rewards through partnerships
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in writing in English
- University degree holder in business, entrepreneurship or related disciplines
- At least 1 year in sales, marketing and business development, preferably in a logistics or on-demand delivery or ride-sharing environment.
- Strong negotiations skills to get the best deal out of every partnership.
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies.
- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities.
- Computer skill with Ms-Office, advance knowledge of Microsoft Power-point
- Familiarity of using existing social media platforms
