Toyota Mobility Solutions is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
A Business Development Associate handles the business development and operations management of the mobility solutions of the company.
Our Mobility Solution: On-Demand Shuttle, Car Rental, Logistics, Connected Services (Telematics), etc.
You are tasked to develop our mobility business units, improving its services, and expand the mobility solutions we can offer to our clients. You will also oversee the business operations, ensuring quality customer service and efficient business transactions.
In this role, you are will directly coordinate with our business partners and client, providing information about the company and its mobility services.
Your role and responsibilities:
Business development and operations management of the business units of Toyota Mobility Solutions.
Coordinate and process legal documents related to the business units transactions and requirements.
Provide information about the mobility services of the company to business partners and clients.
Minimum Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent fields with a strong focus on business development and operations management.
You are able to multitask and coordinate with different personalities.
You have the ability to take the right call, both for the company and the customer.
You have the ability to say No to stakeholders without compromising the relationship.
You have a good understanding of the people; you can pick up customer needs and provide product knowledge quickly.
You are have the ability to take projects from concept to implementation.
You can deal with ambiguity; objection handling.
