Job Description The Opportunity The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Specialist will be responsible for the country Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, in alignment with the Mandates and Objectives of Asia Division and Global. The individual will collaborate and liaise with country senior management and business units, participate in country governance for the support of the implementation of the BCM program objectives and implement practices and controls, contributing to the improvement in the BCM program reduce Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and improve the effective Recovery Point Objective (RPO). Problem-solving skills with proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgement. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present at all organizational levels. Comfortable working in a cross-functional team.
