Business Analysts
As a Business analyst, you work with organizations to help them improve their processes and systems. You conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients.
Qualifications:
7+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this role.
Skilled in writing business and IT requirements
Expertise in telecom BSS or OSS eTOM processes
Functional competence in telecom' CRMS/ Billing or fulfillment process
Skilled in conducting workshop with business and collate system requirements
Skilled in conducting workshop with business and document to-be business process
Good English oral and written communication
Communication and interpersonal skills
