Business Analysis
Conduct requirements elicitation with clients via face-to-face or online meetings.
Document business requirements, scope of work, feature mapping, product backlog, wireframes, process flows, and data dictionaries.
Present documentation and findings to clients and stakeholders.
Provide system solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and project discussions to ensure alignment with SDLC practices.

College degree holder and preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar course (Masters degree is a plus)
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation (client-facing, remote, and on-site).
Proficiency in documenting BRD, SOW, Feature Mapping, Product Backlog, Wireframes, Process Flows, and Data Dictionaries. Familiarity with ClickUp and Balsamiq.
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and articulate them effectively to clients and technical teams.
Experience in providing actionable recommendations and working collaboratively with developers, QA, and other project teams.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
Experience with Agile SDLC practices and familiarity with tools such as ClickUp to manage tasks and backlogs.
