Overview: This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and individuals with up to three years of professional experience who are eager to fast-track their career growth. Participants will be exposed to multiple areas of the business, including commercials, operations, marketing, sales, and growth, allowing for hands-on exposure to core business functions. By working alongside experienced specialists and cross-functional teams, you will gain a broad understanding of how a the business operates. The role is intentionally dynamic, adapting to the changing needs of ongoing projects and business objectives. This flexibility encourages you to develop a versatile skill set and prepare for future leadership roles. Throughout the program, you will build expertise in both strategic and operational areas, ensuring you develop into a well-rounded professional ready to make an impact.What you will be doing:
Develop programs to grow your assigned product line while ensuring efficiency and commercial viability.
Monitor growth across key metrics among business lines and perform data-driven analysis to determine campaign performance and optimize programs handled.
Manage overall project timelines and ensure timely and efficient delivery across teams.
Conceptualize marketing strategies and work with various teams to implement programs (content creation, digital marketing, CRM, and social media, etc).
Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enable strategic programs.
What we are looking for:
Fresh Graduate or -1-3 years working experience
Preferably with experience growth & marketing oriented positions for rewards, finance, and/or tech companies
College graduate. Preferably a degree in business, engineering, or computer science related courses
