You will play an important role as part of the Client Retention Team - your main responsibilities include analyzing the customer lifecycle, providing actionable insights across the operation, and implementing these improvements amongst the departments involved.
Requirements
Required Experience
At least 1 year of working experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related quantitative field.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with:
G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, MS Powerpoint, and other analysis tools.
** Familiarity with Hubspot and Google Data Studio is preferred but not required.

Demonstrates the ability to respond quickly to changes in day-to-day operations as it relates to department priorities.
Communicates thoughts, ideas, information and messages completely and accurately; composes and creates documents with language and format appropriate to the subject matter.
Passionate about analytics: The ability to mine large data sets, derive concrete insights, and then translate those insights into business improving action.
What are your responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of various touchpoints of the customer lifecycle; including relevant processes, systems, and data.
Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, developing solutions or strategies that can drive impactful business decisions.
Work with business partners to interpret analysis results with a focus on actionable next steps.
Participate in the development of technology solutions to solve internal and client business needs.
Attend team or interdepartmental meetings as appropriate to present project specifications or report project status.
