Business Analyst
The role of a Business Analyst in zennya is working for the strategy team that will create business opportunities, create product requirements, handle internal and external issues, and create data driven decisions wherein zennya Health can create growth. This role must be filled with a strategical generalist that will enjoy learning through wearing different hats inside the organization.
Job Description
Develop and manage strategic partnerships
Create business opportunities with business to business relationships
Move corporate clients along the sales funnel
Locates or proposes potential business partnerships by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Monitor and measure the performance of the partnership using insights and data
Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.
Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements for different client-facing or internal projects .
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements .
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Estimating costs and identifying business savings .
Creating functional specifications for solutions .
Implementing and testing of solutions .
Collaborate with members of the team on strategy and solutions for achieving business targets
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing. * Can collaborate with people from all levels of the organization.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Has experience managing/leading a team.
Strategic thinking, excellent analytical and collaboration skills
Data-driven. Has appetite and aptitude for tracking data.
Highly-organized, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with strong leadership skills
Skilled in meeting deadline-based deliverables
