We are looking for someone with strong communications and analytical skills to join our Finance & Operations team. You will be working closely with the Finance department but you will also engage directly with our corporate partners to make sure we deliver the best customer experience. You will learn a lot about fintech industry and managing a Financial Institution while facing various challenging tasks.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Finance department in tasks such as:
Repayment reconciliation and posting
Monitoring PAR accounts for endorsment to collections agency
Preparing SOAs / Billing statements
Preparing analysis and reports
Managing relationships with corporate partners:
Onboarding new corporate partners
Providing support
Liaising with accounting and HR departments of corporate partners
Reviewing and improving the process and product
Working closely with risk and business development departments on various initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, economics or related field
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication in English and interpersonal skills
Experience is a plus
