Handles requirements analysis, definition and documentation as well as UAT, ORT and implementation support of complex to very complex business-as-usual (BAU) and strategic projects affecting multiple computerized systems.
Coordinates with multiple units of the bank to analyze and define the detailed system requirements of the project.
For strategic projects involving third party vendors, the Senior BA works with the project team to help in the definition of the business requirements in the statement of work (SOW) preparation.
Acts as the Lead BA in scheduling, planning and supporting UAT / ORT of complex to very complex projects including the implementation of such.
Also does peer-reviews the output of fellow business analysts.
With at least 3 years experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions
Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Exceptional analytical & conceptual thinking skills
Good documentation, presentation & communication skills
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Experience leading team is a plus
Mid-Senior Level / Manager IT and Software Banking / Mortgage 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
