Job Description & Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with very strong analytical skills and ability to deal with large volume of data to join our Internal Operation team in Jakarta office. The internal operations team plays a pivotal role in the execution of the Consulting growth agenda and delivering a great experience for the people in the Firm.
With over 700 staff regionally, PwC South East Asia Consulting (PwC SEAC) is a member firm of the PwC network globally and one of the leading professional services firms. Within the region, the Internal Operations team primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of high quality services to the industry and the competency leadership. Our scope of work includes the provision of support to the industry and competency leadership teams in designing, agreeing, building and executing the Consulting growth strategy. We are also committed to the commissioning of resourcing and recruitment services to support the consulting business activity.
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving data management / CRM data across Southeast Asia Consulting (SEAC) region
Contribute to the overall reports and analysis of client stream data management
Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse large amounts of client stream data, and outlining the findings clearly on the report
Collect, integrate and analyse information on data from other territory across South East Asia Consulting (SEAC) region and consolidate the data into one report as a tool for organization to provide relevant management report to support executive decision-making
Responsible to define and evaluate problems related to data accuracy and completeness
Ensure accuracy of client stream data consolidation into a single data source or report and facilitating effective data analysis.
Help to reduce inefficiencies, like data duplication, costs related to reliance on multiple databases and multiple data by implementing an effective data consolidation techniques
Drive innovation and standardization in reporting and forecasting processes, tools, and analysis
Work collaboratively with Internal operation team and the leadership across the region
Develop an understanding of the Firm's various line of services in each competency and industry in Consulting across the region
Job Requirements:
Degree from leading university in Accounting, Statistics (or relevant) degrees, advanced degrees (MBA, and/or other Master's Degree) viewed favourably.
At least 3 years work experience in a leading international consulting firm or multinational companies
Proven track record in ability to deal with large volumes of data and to produce reports and graphs with strong analytical skills
Enjoy researching, collecting and analysing information to problem solving with ability to sounds his/her own judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Creative problem solver; flexible, positive and analytical
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill to build sustain relationship with all people at all level throughout the organization
Highly motivated and driven person with sharp strategic thinking
Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia region, when required
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel.
