💼 Role: Business AnalystKey Responsibilities:Business Process Analysis- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement across departments.
- Map and document workflows to pinpoint system and process gaps.
- Develop recommendations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, drawing on experiences from HR and broader business functions.Data Analysis & Reporting- Analyze data to extract insights, support strategic decision-making, and identify performance trends.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports tailored to various business needs.
-Utilize analytical models to forecast future trends and support financial and operational planning.System & Technology Optimization- Collaborate with IT and other functional teams to ensure business systems meet operational and strategic needs.
- Support the implementation, testing, and training of new system updates and process improvements.
-Maintain alignment between business requirements and technical functionality.Project Support & Governance-Assis tin managing cross-functional projects from ideation through to post-implementation reviews.
- Monitor project scope, risks, and progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Document and communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to key stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
-Facilitate effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Support structured change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.Qualifications:Mandatory:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record across various business functions.
Demonstrable experience in process mapping, data analysis, and system optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in documenting business requirements and delivering actionable insights.
Desirable:
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, ECBA) or Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP)
Exposure to advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Prior experience or familiarity with HR operational processes is a plus.
Experience in cross-functional project management and budgeting.
Knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL or CoBIT.
